If we are tuning in to our own unique vibration and frequency right now, I think we are being pulled towards the subjects and issues in the world that on some level we know we have something to give back,… something to contribute or share from our own life experiences, our conscious awareness and the compassion of our own heart.
For myself, one of the issues I see coming to the fore very strongly is that of depression, anxiety and suicide.
It is very alarming when you really start to look at statistics around the world in so many countries… but also acknowledge that every day, so many people are feeling alone in their pain while being affected by these challenging circumstances in their lives.
In today’s world, coming from a generation that never had access to the internet, I see how social media has had a detrimental effect on people’s feelings of worthiness to do with themselves and their own lives. I see that issues surrounding judgement, comparison, criticism and bullying seem to be at an all-time high.

Drawing from my own life experiences and knowing, I share my perspective on how we may grow towards a more compassionate understanding of each person’s journey in life. This piece was created and inspired by my own heart longing to encourage and support others on their journey. If we ourselves find the inner strength to continually grow through the other side of darkness, despair and pain - we have more love, light, wisdom and compassion to offer a world desperately in need and ready for a path back to the unconditional love of self and all, authenticity and connectivity of the heart.
